We have tried to make purchasing from this website as fast and straightforward as possible.

Once you see an item you wish to buy just click on the Add To Basket button. Once you have finished shopping you can View Your Basket. Check that all the items you require are there and then click on Proceed To Checkout.

The minimum order is £10. Postage and packing on all items is at a flat rate of £1 UK, £2 Abroad. All payments are via PayPal which is a highly secure method. Don’t worry if you do not have an account with Paypal because you can still use a debit or credit card on their site.

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email from us confirming your purchases.

We endeavour to post your items by the following working day. Should there be a delay for any reason we will email you.

All items listed are subject unsold but most are also available for purchase in our shop in Epsom, England. Once an item is sold in the shop we delete it from the website as soon as possible but there can sometimes be a short delay.

With the vast majority of items on the site there is an image of the item. This is the stamp or stamps you will be sent. We do not keep every stamp in the shop. Should you wish to view any stamp or stamps in the shop before buying please call us in advance of your visit as we don’t keep every item in the shop.

We have a full refunds policy. That means if you are unhappy with a purchase you can send it back to us within seven days without giving a reason.

However, the item must be returned, fully protected, in the same condition as it was sent by us (we photograph every sale).

We take great care to ensure that every item is accurately and fairly described. However, should an item sold by us be later found to have been incorrectly described in a substantive way we will issue a refund so long as the item is returned within a calendar year of purchase.

Return postage is at the purchaser’s expense. The only exception is if we agree that an item has a fault which was not mentioned in the description on this site. We are not liable for the replacement of any goods if they have been damaged or misused after being sent by us. All guarantees are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
